OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • For everybody's safety and to avoid problems we have set up this very simple house rules:
  • NOT MORE persons than the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
  • TURN OFF air conditioners, fans and lights when you are not in the apartment/room! The rental price includes an average electricity consumption of:
    • Room w. balcony => 8KWH/day
    • 1 bedroom Apt. => 8KWH/day
    • 2 bedroom Apt. => 16KWH/day
    • 3 bedroom Apt. => 25KWH/day
    (You can check the meter reading outside the building on the right side next to the garage or ask us for a photo of the current meter reading at check-in). Additional consumption will be charged with U$ 0.26/kw.
    Hint: To avoid additional costs, use air conditioners sparingly and turn off water heaters, fans and lights when you are not in the home.
    Monthly rates DON'T include electricity - the electricity meter is read together with the guest at check-in and check-out. The consumption is only charged at cost price of 15.-/KWH
  • Parties, events, drugs or smoking inside is NOT allowed
  • The person who has made the reservation is responsible for all other persons and all their actions who enter the building on the basis of this reservation
  • Respect neighbors and keep the night's rest - NO loud noise / music / TV after 9pm - 8am!
  • Do not turn off or tamper with the WIFI units/router and cable TV boxes.
  • We expect our guests to treat our apartment/room as if it were their own home and reserve the right to charge the costs for damages and/or cleaning costs for impurities and/or for excessive electricity consumption beyond the normal scope.
  • We accept no responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If forgotten items are found, we can keep them for a maximum of 7 days for logistical reasons, after which no further claims can be made.
